eLearning: How to register and access courses

Choose your course
When ready, click Register Now and follow the prompts. Once you’ve selected the course, add it to your cart (even if there is no course fee). Then, click the Sign In button to continue registration.

Sign in or create a profile

If you already know your User Name and Password:
Complete the fields and click LOG IN.

Tip: If your ADA number is your user name, enter the number with no dashes.

If you can’t remember your User Name or Password:
Click the “Forgot your username?” or “Forgot your password?” link below each field. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Within two business days, you will receive an email with the subject line “Welcome! Learning awaits.” That email includes a red password reset button. Click the link and follow the prompts.

Tip: Be sure to add [email protected] to your "Safe Senders" list and check your junk and spam email folders.

If you’re a new user:

Complete all of the required fields and follow the prompts.

Registration confirmation
You will receive a separate email for each course for which you registered. So, if you registered for multiple courses, you will receive multiple confirmations.

Course completion
Please allow 10 days after course completion for your certificate to be ready. After that time, log in at to check for and access certificates.

For Windows-based devices, we recommend using Firefox or Google Chrome for eLearning. If using a Mac or Apple device, Safari or Firefox is recommended. If you encounter issues using Internet Explorer 8 or 9, close the course and try a recommended browser. A headset or speakers will also be needed for audio-enabled courses. If you plan to access the course via iPad or tablet, select the self-study online reader option.

Important information about your 5% Professional Liability premium discount:
TDIC policyholders who complete a full-length seminar or eLearning option will receive a two-year, 5 percent Professional Liability premium discount effective their next policy renewal. To obtain the two-year, 5 percent Professional Liability premium discount, Arizona, California and Nevada dentists must successfully complete the full-length seminar by April 23, 2021. Alaska, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Dakota and Pennsylvania dentists must successfully complete the full-length seminar by October 29, 2021. Any eLearning tests received after the deadline will not be eligible for the discount. Non-policyholders who complete a full-length seminar or eLearning option and are accepted for TDIC coverage will also be eligible for this discount.


Additional seminars do not qualify for the two-year, 5% Professional Liability premium discount. To be eligible for the discount, the current seminar must be taken.
