Travel time and scheduling conflicts can often make it difficult to attend a live seminar. For those unable to participate in person, we offer our current and past risk management seminars via eLearning options, like Online Reader with audio or a webcast of a taped live seminar.

Technical Support

If using a Windows PC or Windows-based tablet or smartphone, Firefox or Google Chrome is recommended as your browser for eLearning. If you encounter issues using IE8 or IE9, please close the course and try a recommended browser. If using a Mac, Safari or Firefox is recommended. If using an iPad or iPhone, Safari is recommended. A headset or speakers will also be needed for audio-enabled courses.

Webcasts can be viewed on either a Mac or PC (desktop or laptop). If you plan to access the course via iPad or tablet, select the self-study online reader option.

eLearning: How to register and access courses

Choose your course
When ready, click Register now and follow the prompts. Once you’ve selected the course, add it to your cart (even if there is no course fee). Then, click the Sign In button to continue registration.

Sign in or create a profile

If you already know your User Name and Password:
Complete the fields and click LOG IN.

Tip: If your ADA number is your user name, enter the number with no dashes.

If you can’t remember your User Name or Password:
Click the “Forgot your username?” or “Forgot your password?” link below each field. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Within two business days, you will receive an email with the subject line “Welcome! Learning awaits.” That email includes a red password reset button. Click the link and follow the prompts.

Tip: Be sure to add riskmanagement@cda.org to your "Safe Senders" list and check your junk and spam email folders.

If you’re a new user:
Click CREATE PROFILE.

Complete all of the required fields and follow the prompts.

Tip: If using your ADA number as your user name, enter the number with no dashes.

Registration confirmation
You will receive a separate email for each course for which you registered. So, if you registered for multiple courses, you will receive multiple confirmations.

Course completion
Please allow 10 days after course completion for your certificate to be ready. After that time, log in at enrole.com to check for and access certificates.
