Course Description:

This course will assist you in identifying website issues that are becoming the focus of Americans with Disabilities Act (AwDA) lawsuits. The course will provide an overview of AwDA trending lawsuits, explain how websites are an extension of your business that require accessibility and discuss employing a proactive approach to ensure ongoing website compliance.

Mr. Gibson’s practice has focused almost exclusively on professional liability, defending health care providers in state and federal courts in actions for malpractice, in civil rights actions under the Americans with Disabilities Act and related state law claims as well as in actions before the state licensing boards.
