Only a small number of patient complaints result in investigations from the dental board, and it can feel stressful when that call comes. This course will help dental practices understand what to expect if they receive notification of a patient complaint. The presenter will discuss the importance of complete documentation, how to respond to dental board investigations and the board’s disciplinary process.
