We offer an annual, reduced-rate Professional Liability policy designed for dentists who volunteer at organized events, projects or community service programs. To qualify, you must be licensed and offer services without remuneration other than actual expenses.

Steps to apply for volunteer coverage:

Step 1

Contact us to request the reduced-rate Professional Liability application and supplemental
info form.

Step 2

Complete the application and supplemental information form.

Step 3

Obtain a letter outlining your volunteer duties from the program director.

Step 4

Return all documents to your agent no less than three days before the event.
